About the Role
As a designer, you’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative creative team that brings marketing campaigns to life. You’ll work across digital and print media, balancing creativity with consistency, and working with teams to deliver stunning assets that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and improve user experiences.
Whether you’re creating email templates, designing a website wireframe, or producing visual ads for a multi-channel campaign, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s visual identity and goals.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute marketing assets across various channels, including digital, print, and social platforms

Create engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, focusing on seamless user experiences

Collaborate with content strategists, developers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns

Develop creative assets such as email templates, landing pages, social media graphics, and digital banners
-
Apply A/B testing principles to improve on-site creative design and user journey optimization
-
Build visual templates using custom CSS and styling, ensuring brand consistency across all assets

Design static and dynamic banners for ad platforms including Google Display Network and other third-party services

Assist with wireframing and user journey mapping for websites and applications
-
Contribute to print collateral including signage, brochures, flyers, and magazine ads

Keep current with design trends, UI/UX standards, and emerging tools
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for candidates with strong design sensibilities and the ability to think visually and analytically. You should have an eye for detail and a solid understanding of how design impacts user behavior.
Required Skills and Experience

1-4 years of experience in UI/UX/graphic design or a related creative field

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation and visual styling

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms

Familiarity with marketing design, including campaign graphics and advertising creatives

Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory

Experience with A/B testing and optimizing creatives for performance (a plus)

Knowledge of responsive design practices and accessibility standards
