Role Overview: Graduate Engineer Trainee

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be an integral part of the software quality assurance team. The role combines test planning, automation, analysis, and collaborative product development, aimed at delivering best-in-class water solutions to a global audience.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for testing software products, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing the reliability and efficiency of Xylem’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution:

  • Identify and track software defects through to resolution

Test Automation:

  • Design and execute automated test scripts for scalable coverage

Test Management:
