Eligibility:

• Education: Any graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Skills:
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with internet websites and social communication tools.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work from the office with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Monitoring Oversee user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and ensure platform safety.
• Communication Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professionalism Handle inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism.
• Adherence Follow policies and procedures diligently as prescribed by the business.
• Team Work Display good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving approach.
• Time Management Exhibit excellent time management skills.
• Analytical Skills Demonstrate strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Transport: Two-way cab facility.
• Work Schedule: Five-day work week with two rotational week offs.
