Role Overview: Service Desk (Technical Support – International Voice)

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: The primary responsibility in this role is to respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues. This includes troubleshooting communication issues between devices like paint dispensers and PCs, calibrating color match machines, and resolving network connectivity problems.
- Application Support: You’ll also be responsible for supporting various software tools, particularly those used in color designing and selling processes. This involves ensuring that these applications run smoothly and efficiently for the end-users.
