Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Relationship Building Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Information Provision Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Complaint Handling Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Record Keeping Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Adherence Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: HSC, Graduate, Post-Graduate (Graduation not required)
- Experience: 0 – 3 years
- Key Skills: Good spoken English and Hindi skills, excellent communication skills
Technical Requirements
- Device: Laptop or Desktop with a minimum Core i3 gen 7 processor
- RAM: 8 GB or above
- Operating System: Genuine Windows 10 or 11
- Internet Speed: Minimum 20 MBPS Broadband connection
- Headphones: Noise-cancelling
- Power Backup: Required
