Job Overview
Position: International Voice & Non-Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0 – 1 year
Salary: ₹1.5 – 2.5 Lacs P.A.
Openings: 50 positions available

Responsibilities:
As part of the International Voice and Non-Voice teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling calls and chats from customers in countries like the U.S. and Dubai.
- Providing product and service support or technical assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Developing strong communication and problem-solving skills while offering empathetic customer service.
Important: All candidates are required to submit a 2-minute video speaking on a topic of your choice (excluding self-introduction).
Eligibility:
- Language Proficiency Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Eligibility Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Graduates and undergraduates can apply, but candidates currently pursuing education or with backlogs are not eligible.
- Shifts Rotational shifts with rotational week offs (5 days working per week).
- Commute Two-way cab facility available during night shifts within a 25 km radius from the office.
- Work Environment Permanent work-from-office setup.
- Immediate Joiners Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Interview Location All interviews will be conducted at the office premises.
Note: Out-of-station candidates are not eligible.
