Job Description:

Sutherland is hiring for an International Voice Process role. We are seeking candidates with excellent English communication skills who are looking to start a career in international customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer concerns, handle complaints, and manage returns.
• Provide detailed explanations of services or products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer complaint handling methods.
• Offer product and service support or technical support to resolve customer issues.

Candidate Profile:

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
• Education: Any graduate or undergraduate (current students not eligible).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Skills: Knowledge of customer handling, good typing speed.
• Availability: Must be comfortable working from the office and immediate joiners are preferred.
• Shifts: Comfortable with night shifts.
