Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration & Design Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand product requirements, user needs, and technical constraints. Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Component Development Create reusable and scalable frontend components that can be utilized across multiple projects and applications.
• Performance Optimization Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience through efficient coding practices, performance optimizations, and caching strategies. Lead our payments frontend applications, making them faster and more user-friendly.
• Testing & Debugging Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve frontend defects, ensuring the quality and stability of the product.
• Continuous Learning & Adoption Stay current with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and best practices. Actively contribute to the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Design Implementation Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to translate design concepts into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integration & Collaboration Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, estimation, documentation, and deployment.

Eligibility:

• Experience 0-2 years of proven experience as a frontend engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Problem-Solving Ability to build features from scratch and drive them to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and quick debugging abilities.
• Tools & Version Control Experience with frontend tools like SASS/Stylus, Jade, Webpack/Rollup, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Asynchronous Programming & APIs Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Communication & Teamwork Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Testing Knowledge Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and knowledge of automated testing practices is a plus.
