Plumlogix, a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Salesforce Partner, is seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer to work remotely on a part-time basis (2-6 hours daily). The role requires a professional adept at managing the Salesforce platform, including customization and configuration tasks. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing Salesforce applications tailored to meet client needs. This includes customizing objects, workflows, and Visualforce pages, as well as ensuring that high-level solution designs are correctly translated into technical implementations. You’ll work closely with clients, and teams based both onshore and offshore, ensuring that all stakeholders understand project timelines and outcomes.

Other responsibilities include

• Taking ownership of project development and nurturing client relationships.
• Diagnosing and solving technical issues during both the implementation and support phases.
• Developing high-performance, reusable Apex code and adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Implementing proofs of concept to validate new technologies or integration scenarios.
• Participating in code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and ensuring a high-quality build process.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 2-4 years in Salesforce cloud application development and implementation.
• Technical Skills: Custom objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, approval processes, Visualforce pages, and more.
• CI/CD Strategies: Proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Consultation Abilities: Experience communicating with clients and providing Salesforce solutions.

Additional Salesforce certifications, such as SF Developer/Admin/Architect, would make you stand out. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools like Jira, and experience with specific Salesforce clouds like SFCC or SFSC would also add value to your profile.
