About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Analyst – Risk & Compliance for our Merchant Business. In this role, you’ll work at the crossroads of business, legal, operations, and product to ensure that our merchant onboarding, KYC, and service flows remain compliant, efficient, and scalable.

You’ll serve as a key liaison between the Central Business and Merchant Operations teams, building robust frameworks that balance regulatory obligations with merchant convenience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive policy creation and implementation around risk and compliance for onboarding, KYC, and service processes.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Ops teams to streamline workflows.
Build and refine scalable, automated systems for merchant KYC documentation review aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across merchant operations.
Continuously validate merchant documentation against changing regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Stay informed about updates in KYC regulations and industry best practices.
Support internal audits and assessments to ensure end-to-end compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 1–4 years in business operations, risk management, or compliance-related functions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL is required.

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for problem-solving and merchant-centric thinking.
- Proven ability to drive execution with multiple stakeholders.
