As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Phenom, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining third-party implementations using our platform. You’ll need to be hands-on, with strong implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills. Your role will involve frequent interactions with technical solution managers, delivery managers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders. Occasionally, you’ll also engage with customers, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful product implementations.

Eligibility:

System Analysis & Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex problems.
Technical Expertise Proficiency in coding, unit testing, and troubleshooting, particularly with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Communication Skills Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly.
Agile Experience Experience working on multiple customer projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Team Player A collaborative team player who is self-driven and eager to learn.
Bonus Experience contributing to open-source projects is a plus.
