About the Role: Technical Analyst 1 – Support
As a Technical Solution Analyst, you’ll be at the frontlines of client support, working on a range of software applications and enterprise solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate front-end application issues and perform backend troubleshooting using tools like SQL, log file analysis, server cycling, and internal testing methods.
This role blends technical troubleshooting, incident management, and client interaction to ensure seamless resolution of issues and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve issues in front-end applications by replicating user environments and utilizing testing tools.

Apply backend support techniques like log file analysis, SQL queries, database field updates, and server restarts.

Communicate clearly with clients and cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.

Accurately document investigations, actions taken, solutions provided, and update knowledge base articles.

Prioritize tasks effectively based on issue severity and business impact.

Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and accurate support delivery.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Strong command of SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and analyzing databases.

Willingness to work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global support environment.

Effective interpersonal communication skills for working across time zones and cultures.
