ORACLE IS HIRING: TECHNICAL ANALYST (0-2 YEARS EXP)

Eligibility:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Education A bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Application Support Experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Technical Skills Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) and troubleshooting techniques.
• Shift Readiness Willingness to work the shift from 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST and provide on-call support when necessary.
• Communication Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators across different regions.

Responsibilities

• Investigations Conduct thorough investigations on front-end applications. This involves capturing information, using fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally.
• Backend Techniques Utilize backend techniques such as capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
• Prioritization Balance client and business needs by prioritizing work based on the severity of issues.
• Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
