Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve Level 2 (L2) customer issues via phone calls, ensuring that each interaction is handled with precision and care.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ensure your setup meets the required standards:
    • Laptop: 6-8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher, and a minimum of 128 GB storage.
    • Internet: Stable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100 MBPS (mobile hotspots are not acceptable).
Essential Skills:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with clear pronunciation and proper grammar usage.
  • Voice and Accent: Clear and easily understandable voice and accent in both languages.
  • Assessment: Achieve Versant Level 4, demonstrating strong spoken skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Graduate from any field, demonstrating a broad knowledge base and the capability to handle diverse customer issues.
  • Experience: Open to freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer support role. Preference is given to those with relevant experience.
Compensation and Work Hours:
  • Salary: Competitive salary of ₹20,000 CTC, reflecting the importance of skilled communicators in customer support.
  • Shifts:
    • Females: Day shift extending until 9 PM for safety and convenience.
    • Males: Rotational shifts, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage.
