MEESHO IS HIRING : UI DESIGNER ||
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and evolve design components, patterns, templates, guidelines, and necessary tools.
- Establish visual communication guidelines and standards.
- Understand user and product context to design solutions that can be used by all product designers.
- Maintain a high degree of UI craft and ensure consistency.
- Schedule and facilitate regular meetings for planning and critiquing design work.
- Proactively communicate updates and assist Designers and Engineers in overcoming issues.
- Work on illustrations, iconography, micro-transitions, and animations to improve customer communication.
- Develop relationships with front-end engineers.
- Plus: Create and incorporate motion design in product experiences.
Eligibility:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a UI Designer in organizations with medium to high-maturity Design Systems.
- A resume and portfolio showcasing your best visual/UI design work, including design systems, illustrations, and animations.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns, UX, and psychology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
