Key Responsibilities

Create architecture and design documentation for complex applications, ensuring compliance with system constraints and development standards

Contribute to internal engineering forums, communities of practice, and innovation initiatives within the firm
Foster a culture of inclusion, equity, and respect within the engineering team

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments
Practical experience with system architecture, application development, and testing methodologies
Strong command over Java, AWS, and other modern programming languages
Familiarity with database querying languages and working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts is highly desirable
Proven experience working in agile teams with exposure to CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and resilient system design
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, especially in the financial domain
Passion for innovation, with a proactive approach to exploring new tools and technologies

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following capabilities are a strong plus:

Exposure to front-end technologies like React, Angular, or similar frameworks
Experience working in cloud-native environments, particularly AWS cloud services
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or mobile technologies
