Job Purpose
The roles available in this walk-in drive span across Airport Operations and Customer Service (AO&CS). These positions involve managing passenger travel activities, security checks, and ramp responsibilities. As ground staff, you’ll work in shifts and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the airport.
Responsibilities:
1. Terminal Service Officer
- Reservations & Ticketing Handle reservations, ticket sales, and cash remittance. Address customer queries over the phone.
- Departures Set up check-in counters, screen baggage, and assist customers with special requests.
- Arrivals Assist with mishandled or damaged baggage, prepare reports, and coordinate with baggage vendors.
- Post Flight Departure Manage flight paperwork and documentation.
2. Security Officer
- Threat Assessment Maintain security standards and respond effectively to potential threats.
- Performance Standards Achieve department goals, monitor quality systems, and secure resources.
- Emergency Response Be prepared for emergency situations and maintain necessary skills.
3. Ramp Officer
- Flight Coordination Manage equipment, passenger deplaning, baggage handling, and ensure timely departures.
- Safety and Efficiency Align ramps, check cleaning, and ensure smooth operations throughout the flight process.
Eligibility:
- Degree: Graduation is mandatory for freshers.
- Passion Individuals with a strong desire to build a career in the aviation industry.
- Passport Must have a valid passport.
- Documents Experienced candidates must provide previous employment letters, experience certificates, and AEP surrender copies if applicable.
- Education Any graduate, with a degree certificate mandatory.
- Skills Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment.
- Shift Flexibility Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Appearance No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Experience Previous aviation experience is a plus, with required employment letters and experience certificates.
