Role
The job does not involve tele-sales but focuses on tele-servicing, which means you’ll help small businesses listed on IndiaMART improve their content. Your main tasks will include guiding sellers to enrich their product listings, uploading accurate details, and providing information on how to get better visibility on the platform.
You will serve as a support bridge between sellers and IndiaMART, making sure that the information provided is complete, accurate, and optimized.
