Role
As a Frontend Software Engineer with the EndUserMonitoring team, you will play a critical role in improving our enterprise observability platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, peer frontend engineers, and backend engineers to design and implement features that enhance our product capabilities. This position requires collaboration, innovation, and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
Eligibility:
- Solid knowledge of common tools used in the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and test automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, including modularization, accessibility, and layout concepts.
- Experience with React, including React hooks and technical component design.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools and frameworks like OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with popular CI/CD pipelines and automation test frameworks.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Ionic, ReactNative, or Xamarin.
- Collaborate with product managers, product designers, and backend engineers to design and implement new features.
- Work on enhancing the EndUserMonitoring platform to help organizations identify and troubleshoot issues impacting user experience.
- Optimize applications for better performance and user satisfaction.
- Participate in the entire software engineering lifecycle, from design to implementation, QA, delivery, and maintenance.
