The position is an analytical position that provides Supply Chain operations support.
In this role you will work with multiple business teams to develop and maintain ad hoc/regular business reports and to work on relevant analytical supports.
The company is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated,
you need to respond to client inquiries received through phone calls, emails, instant messages, or a ticketing system.
you must Diagnose and troubleshooting technical problems reported by clients. This may involve using remote desktop support tools or guiding clients through troubleshooting steps.
You have to Logging and documenting incidents within the ticketing system, including the issue description, resolution steps taken, and final outcome.
You need to Escalating complex issues to senior technicians or specialists when needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

you must have excellent skills on SQL, Tableau, Excel, Quick sight or other data visualization products.
you need to have Analytical and problem-solving skills and good logical thinking.
you should have Basic understanding on Basic understanding of computers and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
you must Familiarity with troubleshooting common software and hardware issues
