Eligibility:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Relevant experience in cash applications or a similar field
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
Role:
We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer in Order to Cash (PD-OTC) – Cash App. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA, solving queries related to cash applications, and coordinating with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collection Calls: Make collection calls to customers and handle requests for emailing/faxing invoices or sending hard copies.
- Cash Application: Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage the end-to-end process of cash applications.
- Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR): Ensure DRR is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
- Dispute Resolution: Follow up on customer/internal disputes, answer customer questions, and work with different departments to resolve issues.
- Order Reconciliation: Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits or debits, and manage collections or refunds.
