GAINWELL IS HIRING FOR DATA ANALYST (1-3 YEARS EXP)
As a Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to turn data into actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining complex SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports that are scalable, manageable, and performance driven. Your work will help ensure that our clients can make informed decisions that lead to better health outcomes for the people they serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Development You will design and develop SSRS reports that meet the highest standards of scalability, manageability, and performance. Your reports will be reusable and adaptable to various needs, ensuring that they continue to provide value over time.
- Technical Expertise Your role will require deep technical knowledge in areas such as architecture, design, and implementation. You will determine the best methods for implementing designs that meet the needs of our clients and their stakeholders.
- Collaboration Working closely with team members, you will create reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights, automate processes, and add significant value to our operations. You will participate in iterative review cycles to ensure that the final products exceed user expectations.
- Consistency and Best Practices You will adhere to a set of software coding and style guides to ensure consistency across all reports and dashboards. This consistency is crucial for maintainability and future scalability.
- Problem Solving You will resolve support tickets related to SSRS reports and SQL issues, ensuring that any problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Mentorship You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, helping to build a strong and capable team that can meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Eligibility:
- Technical Proficiency Advanced knowledge of SSRS is essential, along with a strong understanding of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power BI. You should be well-versed in best practices for scalability, performance, content management, and governance.
- SQL Expertise A deep understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization is required. You should be skilled in data extraction mechanisms and have a strong grasp of data warehousing concepts.
- Report Development Certification: While not mandatory, a certification in report development will be considered a significant plus.
- Healthcare Knowledge Experience in healthcare or Medicaid is highly desirable, as it will enable you to drive processes and improvements that are tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
