Role Summary

As a Commercial Operations Engineer Associate at Flowserve, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the quote activities for various valve products related to Projects/MRO. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, pricing, and logistics information to our sales team and customers. You will also collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to sales and customers regarding valve products and applications.
  • Pricing and Logistics: Develop and maintain accurate valve pricing and logistics information.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Assist in preparing detailed quotes and proposals.
  • Commercial Strategies: Work with the commercial team to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
  • Customer Specifications: Review customer specifications and documents to ensure they meet Flowserve’s technical and commercial standards.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control) with a minimum 7 CGPA, and all subjects cleared in the first attempt.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of core subjects like Fluid Mechanics, Metallurgy, Thermodynamics, Electrical and Electronic Measurements, Control Systems, Process Control Transducers, Mechanical Measurement, and Industrial Instrumentation.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
