Position: Associate Analyst – Executive Assistant

Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
The USI Leadership Support Centre at Deloitte is seeking outstanding individuals to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is ideal for those with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills. As an Associate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the UK-based Executive Assistants and ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Expense Management Assist UK-based Executive Assistants with submitting expense claims, reconciling American Express statements, booking meeting rooms, and creating travel itineraries using Deloitte systems.
- Support and Queries Respond to ad hoc requests and general queries from Executive Assistants in a timely manner.
- Service Portal Management Manage requests and tickets through the ESS Service Portal (Service Now) following ESS best practices.
- Quality Assurance Adhere to Quality Assurance policies by filing all deliverables and correspondence in designated Microsoft Teams folders.
- Travel & Expenses Policy Understand and adhere to the Deloitte UK Travel & Expenses policy.
- Documentation Update service documentation and training manuals (SOPs, Process Maps, and SIPOCs) as required.
- Out-of-Office Support Support client email management during Senior Directors’ absences.
- Relationship Building Build strong relationships with key client Executive Assistants and stakeholders.
- Holiday and Sickness Cover Provide cover during periods of holiday and sickness.
- Ad hoc Projects Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks for senior directors and associate partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate fresher or experienced candidate with less than 11 months in admin assistant roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and manage workload to tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
