We are excited to announce a walk-in drive for the position of Voice Process Executive at Cognizant, Hyderabad. Below are the job expectations, descriptions, and other relevant details for your reference.
Eligibility:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and MS Office.
- Typing Speed: Able to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language.
- Navigation Skills: Fair knowledge of Google Maps and geography.
- Work Schedule: Flexible to work in different shifts depending on business requirements.
- Application of Knowledge: Ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies.
- Compliance: Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data.
- Process Adherence: Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
- Client Metrics: Meet client metrics and related issues on time with the highest quality, stay up to date with process knowledge/changes, and refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
- Quality Metrics: Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
Job Description:
- Content Moderation: Moderate content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
- SLA/TAT Adherence: Complete given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT.
- Performance Management: Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently.
- Decision Making: Make correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
- User Satisfaction: Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
Skills Required:
- Communication: Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/language of support in the region (English & Hindi).
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Shift Work: Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
- Content Judgment: Sound judgment while moderating the content.
- Effective Communication: Effectively communicate thoughts in a well-organized manner.
- English Proficiency: Should be on par with CEFR C1 quality in English, and be fluent in conversant and written English/Arabic.
