Role Overview
As an Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to review and assess pre-recorded audio calls and message transcripts. Your task will be to determine if the calls meet quality and compliance standards defined for Google Ads. You will flag any instances where there is a potential scam, phishing activity, or misuse of sensitive customer information.
This role requires excellent communication, logical reasoning, and decision-making abilities. It also demands precision and consistency as you work through a high volume of calls and documentation. Cognizant is also recognized by Forbes as one of the World’s Best Employers in 2024.
Key Responsibilities

Listen to pre-recorded phone calls and read text messages to gather customer and provider information

Evaluate content for quality and compliance with Google Ads standards

Identify and flag calls with phishing attempts or misuse of sensitive data

Compare the gathered data against defined eligibility requirements

Ensure timely completion of targets while maintaining high accuracy

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to share findings and feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Clear understanding of how websites work and how to extract useful information from them

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

High attention to detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision

Good time management and ability to work in fast-paced, fluctuating workload environments

Basic knowledge of Excel for report tracking and analysis

Understanding of US culture and business communication standards

Over one year of experience in customer service or similar roles

Experience handling compliance, fraud detection, or risk analysis is a plus
