Role: Junior Developer – Remote
As a Junior Developer under the CSP, you’ll do more than just code. You’ll engage with a broader community of developers, content creators, and researchers working toward redefining how data is stored and shared in decentralized systems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop Developer-Focused Content: Write blog posts, tutorials, and social media content that explains key concepts and technologies within Codex.

Create Code Samples and Demos: Build simple yet impactful demonstrations showcasing how to use and integrate Codex technologies.

Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside engineering and product teams to understand product features and identify content opportunities.

Support Content Strategy: Analyze developer behavior and needs to help identify future content and education resources.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the CSP Junior Developer role, applicants should meet the following requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science or a related field.

Basic coding skills and familiarity with programming languages used in the Codex tech stack.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain technical ideas to diverse audiences.

Grant & Compensation
Codex provides financial support to selected candidates through a monthly stipend of approximately $2,000 USD (full-time equivalent), tailored based on the candidate’s region and level of experience. The program duration and workload can be adapted depending on the student’s academic commitments.
In addition to the monthly stipend, mobility grants may be available for students who wish to attend Codex-related conferences or technical meetups, subject to relevance and approval.
