Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Chat) – International Process
Shift: Rotational
Week Offs: Rotational
Transport: 2-way cab provided
Qualification: Graduate & undergraduate can apply
CTC: 2.4 – 4.2 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via international voice calls and chat/email for an ecommerce client.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international process.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
