About the Role
Amazon is inviting applications for the position of Transportation Representative (L2 Associate) to support and streamline operations between the company and its delivery partners. In this role, you will be the primary interface between Amazon and its delivery partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is more than a back-office role — it’s about being the voice of Amazon for delivery partners and ensuring operational excellence through timely coordination, professional communication, and effective troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact for Amazon delivery partners and manage their concerns with a customer-first approach.

Provide prompt, efficient, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Handle and resolve sensitive cases by escalating appropriately through Amazon’s matrix.

Suggest improvements to existing processes by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and customer pain points.

Manage your time efficiently to meet or exceed daily performance metrics and team targets.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of delivery partner requirements and actively participate in solution implementation.

Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues or gather feedback.
