Role Overview:
The Transaction Risk Investigator will join the Shopping Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team. This team works to build trust with customers and partners, leveraging technology, analytics, and processes to scale efficiently and reduce costs. The role is seasonal (FTC) for 6 months on Amazon’s payroll.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English, ability to handle and interpret large sets of data, problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
- Additional Skills: Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment with rotational shifts and two consecutive days off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate and eliminate online e-commerce risks.
- Research and evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions.
- Take appropriate actions based on established procedures and tools.
- Document actions with detailed annotations.
- Communicate with customers via phone or email during investigations.
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Escalate problems or variances to relevant teams.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
Location Requirements:
This role requires candidates to work from home and reside in one of the following states: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Punjab, or Kerala.
