About the Role:
As a Product Manager for Amazon Freight’s Billing & Payments in Europe, you will define the product strategy and ensure an exceptional shipper experience. This is your chance to be a part of building the next big thing for Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identifying operational barriers, diving deep to find root causes, and providing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Supporting shippers by researching invoice disputes and providing resolutions within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Assisting enterprise shippers through ticketing systems and handling escalations.
- Reconciling invoices and managing credit notes to ensure effective cash flow and transactions.
Basic Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, banking, or commerce.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Experience in FinOps processes, billing & payments processes, or banking/fraud detection processes.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
- Experience with SQL.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
