About the Role
As a Business Analyst Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and refreshing weekly business reviews (WBRs) and other critical analytical dashboards. You will support business operations by designing simple reports, updating existing data frameworks, and responding to ad-hoc analytical requests from operational stakeholders.
This role involves a blend of technical and business understanding—helping Amazon streamline its analytics processes, provide real-time insights, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as Business Analyst Support, you’ll work across various analytical tasks and operational support functions, including:

Designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ongoing metrics

Managing analytical frameworks used for weekly business reviews (WBRs) and key performance tracking

Conducting root cause analysis of reporting or BI issues and proposing structured solutions

Automating existing manual processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time

Responding to deep-dive requests, data exploration tasks, and ad-hoc analytical needs

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver insights

Ensuring high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
