Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Non-engineering graduates/post-graduates (e.g., B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com) from 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs during application and onboarding.
- Degree Completion: Relevant degree must be completed within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years).
- Previous Applications: No participation in Accenture recruitment assessments/interviews in the last three months.
- Experience: Maximum 11 months of experience.
- Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in India by citizenship or have relevant work permit documents. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work without a visa; other foreign nationals require a work visa, OCI, or PIO card.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in any business unit/service line and relocate to any Accenture office across India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Infra Managed Services:
- Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
- Identify ways to improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
- Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.
Application/Cloud Support:
- Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.
Project Control Services:
- Support projects by tracking and managing project management office activities.
- Monitor and manage the execution of deliverables and solve issues.
Low/No Code App Development:
- Develop applications using a low-code development platform.
- Configure systems for each client’s unique requirements.
- Optimize and automate internal business processes.
Quality Engineering:
- Create test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
- Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Analyze testing results and report observations to the development team.
