Role Overview:

Accenture invites applications for the position of Application Development Associate, specifically for Persons with Disabilities (PwD). Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Development & Maintenance Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications based on business requirements. Incorporate emerging technology trends into solutions and participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities, and technologies.
2. Business and Performance Understanding Comprehend business drivers impacting performance and deliver software that meets those expectations.
3. Skill Development and Ownership Develop and enhance your skills in anticipation and resolution of business issues. Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong verbal and communication skills. Take ownership of delivering high-quality code on time and participate in peer reviews.
4. Support and Operations: Support infrastructure operations and manage IT production systems and services delivery.

Test Automation Engineering

• Test Design Create test designs, processes, cases, and data.
• Knowledge Application Apply business and functional knowledge, including testing standards and methodologies.
• Scenario Design Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Reporting Prepare reports related to software testing and analyze results.
• Feedback Submit observations to the development team for improvements.
