About the Role: VCS Associate at Amazon
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of Amazon — the first point of contact for millions of customers. Your mission will be to resolve issues, answer queries, and deliver a delightful customer experience via phone, chat, or email.
You will work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment, supported by Amazon’s world-class training and cutting-edge customer support tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer communications via calls, chats, and emails.

Assist with queries related to orders, payments, product info, website navigation, and more.

Use Amazon’s tools to research, resolve, and document customer issues.

Deliver personalized service while adhering to Amazon’s customer obsession philosophy.

Maintain productivity and quality metrics throughout your shift.
Work Schedule:

Shift-Based: Variable hours depending on customer demand.

Operating Window: 6 AM – 11 PM IST, Monday through Sunday.

Work Week: Minimum 40 hours with flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
