Are you tech-savvy with a passion for supporting enterprise platforms? Deloitte’s Global Talent Operations team in Hyderabad is hiring GTO – Avature Support Analysts to provide Level 1 support for critical talent platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Performance Management Tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to be at the heart of Deloitte’s talent tech ecosystem—delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality platform support across the organization.
About the Role: GTO – Avature Support Analyst
As a Support Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for thousands of professionals using Deloitte’s global talent platforms. Your primary mission will be to troubleshoot issues, resolve queries, manage access requests, and ensure compliance with platform governance policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver L1 functional support for multiple talent platforms including Learning, Performance, and ATS.

Handle platform access requests and user permissions.

Respond to queries from global Deloitte professionals on platform functionality and usage.

Maintain and update knowledge base and process documents.

Participate in application, functional, and user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including L2/L3 and external vendors to ensure issue resolution.

Monitor compliance with data governance and retention policies.

Required Qualifications:

0–1 year of experience in L1 or service desk support (freshers welcome).

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple queries and interact with global teams.

Basic understanding of ticketing tools/CRM is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
