Role: Customer Care Senior Resolution Coordinator

As a Resolution Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for resolving customer and associate concerns. You will be responsible for managing incoming communications across multiple channels and ensuring timely, accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Navigate multiple internal systems to provide real-time solutions
  • Maintain quality standards while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Flexibly switch between voice, chat, and email based on business needs
  • Type a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) with a focus on accuracy
  • Participate in continuous improvement and mandatory training programs
What You’ll Bring:
  • 0–12 months of customer service or support experience
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a rotational shift environment (24/7) including night shifts
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
  • Willingness to take continuous voice calls as part of core responsibilities
  • Excellent multitasking skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Any graduation background is acceptable
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid setup from TECCI Park, Chennai
  • Rotational weekly days off and permanent night shifts may apply
  • Must complete mandatory onboarding and training requirements
