Job Overview
The Data Analytics Support Engineer will be a core member of NetApp’s data analytics infrastructure. The primary responsibilities include managing IT incidents, monitoring data load completions according to strict SLAs, maintaining data integrity, and leading initiatives that ensure the accuracy and reliability of large-scale data systems.
This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexible work arrangements, with some in-office and in-person expectations shared during the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support related to data analytics systems

Manage incident resolution and service requests efficiently

Monitor and ensure timely completion of data loads based on SLA commitments

Identify and resolve issues around data quality, completeness, and performance

Proactively assess system environments for risks in areas such as stability, capacity, performance, and security

Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend improvements for current and future data growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills

Mandatory: Proficiency in Informatica IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) and Snowflake for cloud data warehousing

Preferred: Hands-on experience with Azure ADLS (Azure Data Lake Storage)

Additional: Familiarity with HVR (High Volume Replication) for real-time data replication

Strong command over SQL scripting, specifically tailored for data warehouse environments and ETL operations

Experience in ETL processing, including transforming and reconciling data from multiple enterprise source systems
