• Time: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM (Interview entry closes at 10:45 AM)

Job Description

Selected candidates will be involved in non-voice processes which include customer support and content moderation tasks. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, a neutral accent, and be willing to learn and grow within the role.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Any graduate from any stream is eligible
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of non-voice process and content moderation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to conduct detailed online research
• Attention to detail and good analytical thinking
• Ability to handle deadlines and work well under pressure

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Sound knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling various tasks and interactions
