INFOSYS IS HIRING: PROCESS EXECUTIVE (0-3 YEARS EXP)
Infosys BPM Limited is looking for a Process Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires strong command over English and Hindi, with proficiency in additional regional languages being a plus
Eligibility:
- Customer Service Experience in regular customer service roles is preferred.
- Multilingual Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional regional languages being advantageous.
- Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
- MBA, MCOM, BBM, BBA, or BCom.
- BPO Service Line at Infosys BPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to efficiently attend to and resolve client issues via calls, chats, or emails.
- Taxation Knowledge Possess good knowledge and relevant experience in direct taxation processes and clauses, enabling you to address customer queries effectively.
- Problem-Solving Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly, taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them thoroughly and efficiently.
- Process Knowledge Quickly assimilate and apply process knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Multi-Tasking Effectively handle voice interactions and data entry tasks simultaneously.
- Customer Respect Show proactive respect for customers’ time and manage interactions to ensure they add value.
Location:
The position is based in Bangalore, with the location subject to business requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
