Position: Full Stack Engineer

Department: Earner Onboarding Team, Earner’s Organization.
Uber’s Earner’s org in Bangalore is on the lookout for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Earner Onboarding Team.
Eligibility:
- End-to-End Project Development Own the full lifecycle of project development, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, feedback, and iteration.
- Documentation and Support Contribute to documentation, partner support, on-call duties, and bug fixing.
- Vision and Roadmap Participate in shaping the vision and roadmap of the team.
- Leadership Lead in specific domains, processes, or cultural initiatives within the team.
Responsibility’s:
- Lead Critical Projects Take charge of significant projects and initiatives across multiple pods, ensuring their successful execution.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and other teams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Improve Engineering Practices Establish and enhance engineering practices and discipline within the team.
- Engage with Senior Engineers Interface and collaborate with senior engineers, staff, and senior staff engineers on cross-team engagements.
