Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and resolve related issues.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within various components of critical business systems.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of systems by monitoring and maintaining infrastructure.
- Documentation: Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
Eligibility:
- Must-Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in Desktop Transformation.
- IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes.
- Technical Support: Experience in providing technical support to end-users.
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
- PG: Any Postgraduate
- Additional Requirement: 15 years of full-time education
