Cognizant’s IT Service Desk is a centralized team providing technical support to our clients worldwide. With a team of 15,000 strong, we support as many as 90 global clients across different continents. Our IT Service Desk has evolved significantly due to technological advancements, leveraging AI chat bots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline support processes and free up analysts’ time for more complex issues.

Eligibility

Graduates from the 2022 & 2023 batch with a 3-year full-time degree program.
Candidates must have 50% marks in X, XII, Diploma, or UG.
Open to Indian nationals only.
Flexibility in work locations, shift timing, and technology is required.
Successful background verification is mandatory for final onboarding.
Ensure your PAN card has both first and last name updated to match the registered name.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries.
Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems to minimize downtime.
Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.
