WELLS FARGO IS HIRING: ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE (0-2YEARS EXP)

Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 0-12 months of analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- PowerBI Skills: Beginner to advanced level skills in PowerBI and exposure to Power Platforms, Tableau, and Python, or a willingness to learn.
- Excel & Python: Exposure to Excel and Python, with the ability to automate data management processes.
- SQL Proficiency: Experience with data querying tools like SQL, capable of writing complex queries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong partnerships.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
Roll and Responsibility:
As an Analytics Associate, you will:
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and issues for both functional and leadership audiences.
- Custom Reporting: Develop customized reporting artifacts such as dashboards, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Data Visualization: Build reports and visualizations to present complex KPIs and information, making them understandable and actionable for management.
- Insight Generation: Apply business knowledge to synthesize data and convey insights effectively, forming compelling stories from data.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Independently perform ad hoc data analysis and translate it into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Compliance: Adhere to compliance and risk management guidelines and standards.
Job Expectations
- PowerBI & Power Platforms: Skills ranging from beginner to advanced in PowerBI and exposure to Power Platforms, Tableau, and Python, or willingness to learn.
- Excel & Python Automation: Proficiency in Excel and Python for automating data management processes.
- SQL Querying: Ability to write complex queries using SQL.
- Interpersonal & Team Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
