• Cloud Environment Design Develop a multi-account, multi-region, highly automated cloud environment.
• Documentation Contribute to the creation of system support documents and operational procedures.

• Project Management Lead multiple projects and provide updates to the business.
• Stakeholder Management Manage escalations and engage with customers for health checks.
• Proof of Concept Conduct PoC before production rollout.
