Job Description:
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving growth? HomeLane is looking for a Product Management Intern to help us build and improve our customer acquisition products. This role is all about the journey our customers take from the moment they start thinking about getting interiors done for their home, right up to when they sign up with HomeLane. You’ll have full ownership and responsibility throughout the product lifecycle, from customer onboarding and feedback to product strategy, roadmap prioritization, development, and measuring adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Own the HomeLane website (both mobile and desktop) to create a WOW experience for visitors.
- Innovative Products: Develop scalable products like a quote estimator or AI-enabled tools leveraging our interior design platform, SpaceCraft, to add value to homeowners during their discovery phase.
- Lead Acquisition: Collaborate with the Digital & Brand teams to create products and workflows that efficiently acquire leads.
- Sales Tools: Improve the tools used by our designers and sales professionals to convert homeowners into customers.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or Adobe Sketch.
- Empathy-driven with some awareness of the design thinking framework.
- Ability to clearly define, articulate, and communicate user problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year student at a Tier-1 Engineering or Management institution.
- Available for a full-time internship lasting at least 14 weeks.
